   Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days across the U.S. Delivery times may vary based on carrier conditions.

2. Product Use & Warranty:
   All premium 4K projectors are intended for standard consumer use. Any misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by improper handling voids warranty and return eligibility.

3. Returns & Refunds:
   Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Pricing & Payments:
   All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing or promotional offers at any time. Orders may be canceled if payment authorization fails.

5. Privacy Protection:
   We collect only necessary information (name, address, email, payment details) to process orders securely. Data is encrypted, never sold or shared, and can be updated or deleted upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability:
   We are not responsible for delays, lost packages due to incorrect addresses, or damages caused by third-party carriers. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
